Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QZ10Tender.dll
2.Extract QZ10Tender.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QZ10Tender.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QZ10Tender.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QZ10Tender.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QZ10Tender.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QZ10Tender.dll and press Enter.
