Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QarbPsgInterface31.dll
2.Extract QarbPsgInterface31.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QarbPsgInterface31.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QarbPsgInterface31.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QarbPsgInterface31.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QarbPsgInterface31.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QarbPsgInterface31.dll and press Enter.
