Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QcIbmScript.dll
2.Extract QcIbmScript.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QcIbmScript.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QcIbmScript.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QcIbmScript.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QcIbmScript.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QcIbmScript.dll and press Enter.
