Using the zip or rar file
1.Download QtProjectLib.dll
2.Extract QtProjectLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract QtProjectLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting QtProjectLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract QtProjectLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place QtProjectLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 QtProjectLib.dll and press Enter.
