Using the zip or rar file
1.Download q2mberrchk.dll
2.Extract q2mberrchk.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract q2mberrchk.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting q2mberrchk.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract q2mberrchk.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place q2mberrchk.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 q2mberrchk.dll and press Enter.
