Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qcncodecsd.dll
2.Extract qcncodecsd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract qcncodecsd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qcncodecsd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qcncodecsd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qcncodecsd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qcncodecsd.dll and press Enter.
