Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qgif46.dll
2.Extract qgif46.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract qgif46.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qgif46.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qgif46.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qgif46.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qgif46.dll and press Enter.
