Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0
2.Extract qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qgif4.dll 4.7.2.0 and press Enter.
