Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0
2.Extract qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qjpcodecs4.dll 4.6.2.0 and press Enter.
