Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qlatticearmafilter.dll
2.Extract qlatticearmafilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract qlatticearmafilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qlatticearmafilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qlatticearmafilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qlatticearmafilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qlatticearmafilter.dll and press Enter.
