Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0
2.Extract qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qmngd4.dll 4.6.2.0 and press Enter.
