Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qmo1wq3n.dll
2.Extract qmo1wq3n.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract qmo1wq3n.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qmo1wq3n.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qmo1wq3n.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qmo1wq3n.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qmo1wq3n.dll and press Enter.
