Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700
2.Extract qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700 from .zip. We recommend that you extract qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qnspro.dll 3.0.0.2700 and press Enter.
