Using the zip or rar file
1.Download qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221
2.Extract qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221 from .zip. We recommend that you extract qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 qryctrl.dll 5.1.00.1221 and press Enter.
