Using the zip or rar file
1.Download quar32.dll 7.00.00.51
2.Extract quar32.dll 7.00.00.51 from .zip. We recommend that you extract quar32.dll 7.00.00.51 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting quar32.dll 7.00.00.51.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract quar32.dll 7.00.00.51 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place quar32.dll 7.00.00.51 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 quar32.dll 7.00.00.51 and press Enter.
