Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RDC20DE.DLL
2.Extract RDC20DE.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract RDC20DE.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RDC20DE.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract RDC20DE.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RDC20DE.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 RDC20DE.DLL and press Enter.
