Using the zip or rar file
1.Download resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1
2.Extract resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 resMiniBar.dll 2004,2,3,1 and press Enter.
