Using the zip or rar file
1.Download rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556
2.Extract rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556 from .zip. We recommend that you extract rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 rjbres.dll 1.0.3.19556 and press Enter.
