Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wsProtocolWsse.dll
2.Extract wsProtocolWsse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wsProtocolWsse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wsProtocolWsse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wsProtocolWsse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wsProtocolWsse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wsProtocolWsse.dll and press Enter.
