Using the zip or rar file
1.Download X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0
2.Extract X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 X400PROX.DLL 6.0.3939.0 and press Enter.
