Using the zip or rar file
1.Download X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2
2.Extract X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 X6SupportPPT.dll 6.0.0.2 and press Enter.
