Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XCAP.dll
2.Extract XCAP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XCAP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XCAP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XCAP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XCAP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XCAP.dll and press Enter.
