Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0
2.Extract XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XComCtrl.dll 1, 0, 0, 0 and press Enter.
