Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638
2.Extract XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XDRClassLibrary.dll 1.0.1579.28638 and press Enter.
