Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3
2.Extract XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XK3xxx.dll 4.3.0.3 and press Enter.
