所以当您出现异常时可以下载这个安全的文件覆盖原文件或者使用杀毒软件查杀可疑文件

Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XLBugReport.exe
2.Extract XLBugReport.exe from .zip. We recommend that you extract XLBugReport.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XLBugReport.exe.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XLBugReport.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XLBugReport.exe in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XLBugReport.exe and press Enter.
