Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312
2.Extract XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XLLuaRuntime.dll 0.9.0.312 and press Enter.
