Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296
2.Extract XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XLUE.dll 0.9.0.296 and press Enter.
