Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XMVIDEO.DLL
2.Extract XMVIDEO.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract XMVIDEO.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XMVIDEO.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XMVIDEO.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XMVIDEO.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XMVIDEO.DLL and press Enter.
