Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XSPICEM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
