Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268
2.Extract XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XmlImport.dll 5.20.0.9268 and press Enter.
