Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5
2.Extract XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XtuCoreClient.dll 3.0.38.5 and press Enter.
