Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0
2.Extract xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xRaidAPI.dll 1.17.19.0 and press Enter.
