Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1
2.Extract xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xanthe.dll 1,0,0,1 and press Enter.
