Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444
2.Extract xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xcwh2.dll 6.5.00.444 and press Enter.
