Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041
2.Extract xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xml63d.dll 6400, 94, 11, 64041 and press Enter.
