Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xmlp3261.dll
2.Extract xmlp3261.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xmlp3261.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xmlp3261.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xmlp3261.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xmlp3261.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xmlp3261.dll and press Enter.
