Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xpuif.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
