Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3
2.Extract xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xrWCtmg2.dll 4.33.7.3 and press Enter.
