Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xrxe1cm.dll
2.Extract xrxe1cm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xrxe1cm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xrxe1cm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xrxe1cm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xrxe1cm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xrxe1cm.dll and press Enter.
