Using the zip or rar file
1.Download xwpwsock.dll
2.Extract xwpwsock.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract xwpwsock.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting xwpwsock.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract xwpwsock.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place xwpwsock.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 xwpwsock.dll and press Enter.
