Using the zip or rar file
1.Download X509Clib.dll
2.Extract X509Clib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract X509Clib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting X509Clib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract X509Clib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place X509Clib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 X509Clib.dll and press Enter.
