Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XQ5Engine.dll
2.Extract XQ5Engine.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XQ5Engine.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XQ5Engine.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XQ5Engine.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XQ5Engine.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XQ5Engine.dll and press Enter.
