Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XQ5Update.dll
2.Extract XQ5Update.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XQ5Update.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XQ5Update.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XQ5Update.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XQ5Update.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XQ5Update.dll and press Enter.
