Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XTTools.dll
2.Extract XTTools.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XTTools.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XTTools.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XTTools.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XTTools.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XTTools.dll and press Enter.
