Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348
2.Extract XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348 from .zip. We recommend that you extract XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XVLKernel.dll 6.207.0.8348 and press Enter.
