Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XWebLangJP.dll
2.Extract XWebLangJP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XWebLangJP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XWebLangJP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XWebLangJP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XWebLangJP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XWebLangJP.dll and press Enter.
