Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XcPrepare.dll
2.Extract XcPrepare.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XcPrepare.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XcPrepare.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XcPrepare.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XcPrepare.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XcPrepare.dll and press Enter.
