Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XieRight.BLL.dll
2.Extract XieRight.BLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XieRight.BLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XieRight.BLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XieRight.BLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XieRight.BLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XieRight.BLL.dll and press Enter.
