Using the zip or rar file
1.Download XmpSubtitle.dll
2.Extract XmpSubtitle.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract XmpSubtitle.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting XmpSubtitle.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract XmpSubtitle.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place XmpSubtitle.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 XmpSubtitle.dll and press Enter.
